Laura is a
Bangkok based Certified Holistic Nutritionist and founder of
Healing to Happy – an online gut-healing holistic program +
lifestyle brand. She is trained in holistic nutrition and
specializes in gut health, hormonal balancing, and is a mental
health advocate. After battling her way through depression,
disordered eating, and hormonal imbalances that left her with
crippling digestive issues, Laura healed herself through food,
lifestyle, radical shifts in consciousness, and mindfulness
practices + tools. She now empowers others to be experts in their
own healing journey with an 8-week program and one-on-one sessions
done online from anywhere in the world.
Laura is an absolute gem! She is so knowledgable, funny and relatable, we seriously can't get enough of her. In the interview, she explains how by making peace with her personal struggles and healing her gut and mindset, she found her calling to coach others. As a nutritionist, she works with individuals to create a unique gut-healing lifestyle plan that is effective, obtainable, and delicious! She talks about how she is passionate in helping her clients ditch fear around food and embracing that although something may not be "good" for your body, it can be great for your soul. We also discussed signs of gut imbalances, the importance of probiotics and ways to naturally combat hormonal imbalances due to birth control use/discontinuation. Laura's philosophies and beautiful outlook on life were truly inspirational to us.
